Usual reaction is itching, irritating, swelling and redness.
Things to do
- Reassurance to the child (don't panic)
- Ice compress
- Rub baking sode for bee sting and vinegar for wasp sting
- Oral Anthihistamiones Phenergan/Chlorphenarmine/Avil/Incidal/Foristal\
- Topical steroid ointment (check for any sking ointment handy)
- Pain killer like syp combiflam
- Oral steroids* (only on prescription)
